How Do I Return an Item To Aibi's Lighting?

Our Return Policy:

We are happy to accept returns sent back to us within 7 days from delivery date.

Shipment charges for returns will be managed by buyer.

Once the item is returned in its original condition and packaging, we will issue your refund, less our shipping charges. Refund claims will be settled within 24 hours of receiving the return from customer.

Any return sent from customer found damaged will not be entertained. We expect the customer to pack the parcels properly.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled because as soon as an order is confirmed, it is handed over to the courier.
